The 2014 Call is Closed!
Thanks to all who submitted educational session, research, and storyboard proposals for the 2014 Annual Conference. More than 280 submissions have been received, and the Annual Conference Committee will soon begin the review process. If you’re among those who participated in the Call, you can expect to hear from us regarding your proposal in a mid-summer timeframe. As more details are available, the Alliance will update principal presenters/authors on the status of their submission(s).

We hope you’re already planning to join us for the 2014 Annual Conference, scheduled for January 14-18, 2014 at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida – and that you’re already preparing your submission for the Call for Proposals. Beginning with this ‘Call’, individuals may select from three different options when submitting a proposal to be considered for inclusion in the 2014 conference program:
- Innovation and Inquiry Proposals for Educational Sessions (includes new learning formats)
- Abstracts of Research in Continuing Education in the Health Professions (CEhp)
- Storyboards (aka, Posters) Highlighting MedEd+QI Collaboration
Each category is outlined in detail in this packet, and includes guidelines to assist you in preparation and submission. Your completed submission(s) must be received in the Alliance office by 6:00 pm ET on Monday, April 15, 2013. Please contact Brynn Barnett at 2014call@acehp.org with questions about the submission process. Select an option above to submit your proposal online – and remember, you may submit proposals in more than one category, so we encourage you to offer your ideas in any of the three areas.
