2015 ACEhp Conference—Proposal Submission Site

The 2015 Call is Closed!

Thanks to all who submitted educational session, research, and storyboard proposals for the 2015 Annual Conference. More than 240 submissions have been received, and the Annual Conference Committee will soon begin the review process. If you’re among those who participated in the Call, you can expect to hear from us regarding your proposal in a mid-summer timeframe. As more details are available, the Alliance will update principal presenters/authors on the status of their submission(s).

In the interim, please direct any questions to ac@acehp.org. See y’all in Texas next year!

We hope you’re already planning to join us for the 2015 Annual Conference, scheduled for January 14–17, 2015 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Conference Center in Grapevine, Texas—and that you’re already preparing your submission for the Call for Proposals. Individuals may select from three different options when submitting a proposal to be considered for inclusion in the 2015 conference program:

  1. Measuring Our Impact Proposals for Educational Sessions
  2. Abstracts of Research in Continuing Education in the Health Professions (CEhp)
  3. Storyboards (aka, Posters) Highlighting MedEd+QI Collaboration

Each category is outlined in detail on this website, and includes guidelines to assist you in preparation and submission. Your completed submission(s) must be received online by Monday, April 7, 2014. Please contact ac@acehp.org with questions about the submission process.

The Call is open – get started with your online submission(s)!

We look forward to receiving your submissions and to seeing you at the 40th Annual Conference.
